Pool is small. There was something in the pool that looked odd and some sort of wire hanging out in pool, but staff maintenance had it fixed. We had to let maintenance staff know a few times about the odd floaties in the pool. Breakfast was okay. Lunches and suppers not. They continually ran out of white wine and at times red. The drinks from the bar were very watered down. Tv didn’t work in our room, only watched minimal. Cleaning staff were fine, they tried to accommodate. On a different note, staff tried hard to please. This is a management t issue, not the staff. This is not a 4 star.

Check in was friendly and seamless. Staff are all friendly and beds are comfortable. Rooms are tired and desperately need updating. Food is limited and very simple. Few options for drinks other than very sweet syrupy cocktails. Staff make the experience tolerable.

We were under impression when I booked here thru Expedia that it was an all inclusive hotel. When we were checking in, all inclusive was additional. Hotel was clean, some rooms have a high stairway to go in, others is same level. We never ate there so I can't mention the food. The marina has many restaurants to choose from. Which we chose to do some we were only staying for 2 nights.

The hotel for two solid nights was very loud with kids out outside until 1:30 in the morning. The food was very hit and miss mostly miss not sure quite what they were serving. It was not good for the most part not edible even some of it, they did serve tacos that were good a couple other days that we were there for our 10 days stay the smell of sewage came up through the sewer line vents in the bathrooms and really smelled bad. The people were nice that work there but the all-inclusive food part I would never do again. The location was good, but I don’t think I would stay there again and definitely not the all-inclusive. It was very hit and miss.

Great stay for our family trip! We had a wonderful time during our visit. We booked a pool-view room, which was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The lobby was nice and cozy, and my daughter absolutely loved the pool. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, making our stay even better. We will definitely be back!

The staff was top notch! Fernando, Erwin, Caesar, Ruby, Jonathan made our stay as good as it was! The rooms are dated, but clean, as is the hotel. Unfortunately, the food had some to be desired. Small selection of food and the same items every day pretty much. They frequently ran out of items: pancake syrup, most days there was no fruit… and the ‘all inclusive alcohol’… ran out of vodka, rum, Irish cream, lager draft… had no red OR white wine for the ‘Italian’ theme night. We had the all inclusive package and found that we ate outside of the resort at least half of the time. Thankfully, the service was amazing and we still had a great vacation. The location is great! Right on the marina and walkable to most anything you would need. The pool was kept clean even with excessive use! There are also no fridges in the rooms. We would go back for the service, pool and location, however, we would likely not pay for the all inclusive package.

The food was fresh....but very little variety for all inclusive. They are a restaurant and have a seperate menu that you can purchase which really should be offered to all inclusive guests. The food tasted good...but every day the same options. The service was ok...not exceptional...made it challenge to leave good tips (we left tips despite the meals being buffet style serve yourself) but the concept of tipping has evolved it appears to be obligatory regardless of service and it was an ethical dilemma as Mexican servers do not make much at all....so I would say to non nationals...suck it up and tip....the grounds were lovely...well maintained. Our bathroom was big....the room was very nice size!

Breakfast, lunch & dinner food was cold. Ran out of specific food early in the process of opening the restaurant. Bar didn’t have specific drinks!! Such an OLD hotel, only 1 restaurant for so many guests at times it was crowded! Old towels, tiny soap to shower with No Body wash, tiny containers of shampoo & conditioner!! Wouldn’t recommend!!!
