Nice hotel. Great food options but you need to make reservations for restaurants upon arrival which could be hard to get. Only 2 pools. Beautiful views. Ocean access. Close to downtown. The children/kidsclub needs to update their availability - kids under 3 can only go before 11am which is so hard during vacation, by the time you wake up and eat it’s already 11am. Liked the night activities offered. Would recommend.

Firstly, I will say that the location and hotel are in a beautiful spot. The staff was excellent. I did expect more from the food. The buffet was very average but what was most disappointing were the specialty restaurants. Hilton really needs to up their game here. The spaces were vey nice but the food was pedestrian. The Steak restaurant served the toughest piece of steak I have ever had and the Mexican restaurant was a complete joke when it came to food. Please don't get me started on the 24/7 room service food. That was the poorest excuse for a pizza I have ever tried. Hilton...Improve your food!

The staff is very slow. There aren't as customer centric as you might expect at a resort like this. Booking restaurants is a chore and good luck getting them on the phone. Getting special requests for birthdays etc aren't always met with smooth reception, they look like they begrudgingly help you. Beautiful property though.

Property restaurants and bars were closed at times. Sushi bar was closed two out of the 7 nights there. They required reservations at the steak house and they would turn people away without them even when the restaurant was maybe half full. The other restaurants they would tell you its a 50 min wait and you could the place was not busy. Buffet opens at 7am but much of the food wasnt ready until 730 must be a bacon shortage as they would bring one plate of bacon out every 20-30 mins. The staff in the restaurants and around the pool was excellent particularly Martin and Jose.

Tv channels were limited to about 10. Call ed for service, never remedied. Kids pool was chilly all week. Not enough coffee pods in the room. Nice servers everywhere. Very good.

The property is exceptionally unique with oceanfront facing rooms. The hotel is an excellent place for people with mobility issues as all the restaurants, pools, and even the beach are easily accessible. The food is of high quality; although the buffet doesn’t offer a wide variety, even picky eaters will find something enjoyable. During our 4-night stay, we dined at the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant, both of which served very decent meals. Lastly, the staff and entertainment crew are outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special and receives excellent customer service. A special shout-out to Brenda, who greeted us by name every day and ensured our lunch experience was exceptional. Also, a special shout-out to Alan; what a hardworking guy! Hilton should give all their staff special recognition.

The location is great, about a 5 minute taxi ride from downtown. Food options were not the best. Breakfast buffet had limited options and did not change in the 4 days we stayed here. Very noisy mornings if you are the type of person that likes to sleep in. Staff overall were very friendly.
