My stay at The Loft was an absolute delight, surpassing my expectations in every way. The staff were truly exceptional, showcasing outstanding hospitality and a willingness to assist with any needs that arose. The food and beverages were of the highest quality, and the addition of the pool provided a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring Puerto Vallarta. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and ample space to relax. I appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen to store food purchased from local eateries or the nearby grocery store, Ley. The property's central location was a major advantage, with Starbucks and convenience stores located right on the doorstep. As a walker's paradise, The Loft is situated just a block away from the beach and the famous Malecon. Suitable for both short and extended stays, The Loft is an excellent choice, welcoming families and offering an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend booking this hotel without hesitation, as it has become my go-to destination in Puerto Vallarta and I look forward to returning.

The original room we were put in was atrocious, gross, unsafe and not AT ALL what was represented on the hotel's website or social media. It was horrible. And when I spoke to the front desk staff she was incredibly rude and REFUSED to help me or change rooms. Later the night manager called us and put us in a better room

Well to start, it would be nice if the front desk ppl actually told you about pool hours, morning coffee, that you are required to have a wrist band on your entire stay, and anything else we should know, like most hotels. Also there is construction going on in and around the hotel. The shower water was very inconsistent in my room.

Room was perfect. Hotel was very clean. Was perfect for visiting the malecon on halloween. No parking. Street was being torn up but that didnt really matter. Thehotel was very pleasent & clean.

In generally the hotel is ok but the administration of the hotel is not available or cooperate in especial cases like mine that I.was in need to do earlier check out for over a week expedia was trying to contact them via phone, email several times but they never responded.

The location was convenient but the place its self made me feel like I was being watched thanks to a worker that would just stare at me and my family making sure we’re guests at alls seconds of the time we were using the amenities i understand they need to be careful so people don’t abuse the pool but he could have done it in a discrete way. My 3 year old son went into the pool but before we could go in he made us show him what kind of diaper he was wearing ( he was wearing the swimmers diapers ) but felt awkward that I had to prove to this man. It just made everything feel weird. Not professional
