The five stars are for the view. It’s spectacular. It could be a bit cleaner, and the pool need some tlc All in all a great hotel with minor issues The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast after 8 days a bit boring. I would stay again.

Staying at the hotel, in a quiet residential neighbor, was a great way experience Jalisco. They layout is unique, interesting and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle chaos at a commercial hotel. The staff, especially Mercedes, are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I had lost my phone and one the staff drove me back down to the last little convenience store, where I thought I had left it. Unfortunately I had left it in the taxi I had taken back. I did get my phone back from the taxi driver. The walk down isn't extremely far, less than 10 minutes, but it does give your calves a work out. There is a gal that does massages right at the hotel. The view from the rooftop is AMAZING!!!!! Each room is unique, there is shared kitchen, where you can store, cook or reheat food. If I decide to return to Puerto Vallarta this will be the place I will stay!! Thanx to all you for making me feel like part of the family.

Staff was great, location was great! Free continental breakfast is very nice with lots of fruit and toast and rolls. They will cook eggs for you upon request for a small charge. Pool on rooftop was nice and fairly warm - view from the rooftop was very beautiful.

Fabulous location. Enjoyable walk through the neighborhood down to the plaza and water front. Simple, clean facility, incredible roof top views and pool, and lovely breakfast open air room with wonderful view.
