Vacances dans un endroit exceptionnel

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans le condo de Neal du 23 mars au 6 avril avec nos 3 filles et 2 petits-enfants. Le condo de Neal est spacieux et trĂšs bien situĂ© car tous les services requis sont accessibles Ă  pied. La tempĂ©rature est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec du soleil Ă  tous les jours. La propretĂ© du condo et de l'amĂ©nagement extĂ©rieur est impeccable. Sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, nous avions plusieurs endroits pour profiter du soleil dont autour de la piscine et une autre zone oĂč nous avions la vue sur la mer et entendions le bruit des vagues. À la fin de l'aprĂšs-midi, la terrasse du condo est formidable pour prendre l'apĂ©ro au soleil. Nous nous sentions en totale sĂ©curitĂ© partout oĂč nous sommes allĂ©s. La collaboration de Neal, de son Ă©quipe et du personnel du complexe a Ă©tĂ© extra et constante. Nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© la permission de Neal de quitter le condo plus tard que prĂ©vu. The BEST location! Great views! So clean. The pool and grounds were breathtaking! Super secure property. Great communication with owner and property manager. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking in if you choose. Outdoor balcony was so comfortable and we spent most of our time there. A/C units in each room made sleeping or lounging very comfortable. I would go back tomorrow. Highly recommend!

It has been a wonderful stay in Neal's condo! We have a family group of 7. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have space.The condo is in lovely condition and well stocked with everything we needed. We have stayed in Molino de Agua before and are familiar with the great facilities. One of our group has some mobility issues, but was able to enjoy the pool with everyone else, because there is a long gradual ramp to enter the huge pool, no steps or ladder to negotiate. Neal is a great host and very easy to communicate with. His onsite staff was excellent and able to secure a second parking space for our group. Thank you, Neal, for making your condo available and to all the staff at Molino de Agua who keep the grounds in immaculate condition and were so kind and welcoming. We look forward to returning next year

Amazing stay! The location is amazing! We loved enjoying breakfast on the deck with amazing views. The unit has a well appointed kitchen with a good amount of kitchen tools if you feel like cooking. Our stay at this condo was amazing. It is SO SPACIOUS and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The patio is huge, with an amazing view of the gardens and Malecon. This condo was in a great location. Right on the Malecon, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything was in Good working order and the property manager and host were very communicative! This stay occurred during the hot season, so the pool was welcome refreshment! And the food and drinks at the pool bar were delicious! Watching the sun rise each morning from the veranda in the coolest part of the day was a treat!

We had a wonderful time. The location cannot be beat. Walk to everything you would want to do in the area. Even more spacious than the photos look. The staff and pool with a bar for a quick lunch and drinks was fantastic. Kitchen was large and fully stocked also for some lunches or breakfast in. We had such a wonderful time. I would recommend and return to this rental again.

Great spot! So many restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool has a swim up bar and serves food if you want to stay in the property. Awesome view of the sunset and pool. The condo had everything that we needed and even had inflatables for the pool.

Absolutely AMAZING!

We loved everything about this property and the location! The condo unit itself was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our family and family friends. The amenities at the condo with the pool and the swim bar were amazing. The food at the pool was so yummy that we literally just started eating there every day for lunch. I highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint as it's very centrally located and you can walk to restaurants and down the Malacon for shopping.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time. The property is exactly as described, perfect location, gorgeous grounds & pool, and everything you could need in the apartment. We spent most of our time out on the huge deck, and not once did we hear any noise from the Malecón or neighbours. Check in was seamless and both Neal and Mario were helpful and responsive to all our questions. The location cannot be beat - our running joke was that everything was “4 minutes walk away,” according to Google. It was one of the best trips we’ve had and we’re already planning to go back next year.

Best Place to stay in PV Romantic Zone

This was a great unit for me and my family, and I can't say enough great things about it. The communication from the owner and property manager were great and everything went as planned. The location of the building is just the best, you have tons of choices of places to eat in town from street tacos, to higher end restaurants. The building has one of the largest pools in PV and is great for not only adults but kids as well. The swim up bar has an amazing staff with very good food options and a great drink menu with options for both kids and adults. For the drinks the prices are very reasonable, and the standard margarita has a very good tequila, and you can upgrade from there to very high-end choices if you wish. The units are just the best with a large kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, although we only used for a few breakfast and lunches. What I really appreciate is the unit is stocked with salt/pepper and other spices along with coffee filters so when you go to the store you don't have to buy all of those things. The unit also has plenty of beach and bathrooms towels, shampoo, soap and all of the things you would expect, but we have rented other units in this building that had very limited items like that which made it a little tough. The unit as a whole is just the best with large bedrooms and bathrooms, and the deck is large and spacious that everyone can sit outside and not feel crowded. We played cards nightly and it still feels very private.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect Spot for Our First Time in PV!

Our family of four stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The property was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location – close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and this home made a great impression. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some downtime. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this building during visits to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is luxurious, with great living space, large comfortable bedrooms and an outstanding terrace with pool and ocean views. The sunsets were breathtaking every night. My two grown children, their partners, and one child stayed 10 days. Very nicely appointed kitchen, large bedrooms, and beautiful decks. Easy walking to most places we wanted to go. Pool was nice and the staff very friendly. Very quiet also which we liked. The stove and oven stopped working, but it was fixed by the next day. Our only suggestion is to have more seating in the living room—there weren’t enough chairs for 6 people, and the living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Neal was easy to communicate with and had great follow up. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Molina de Agua is the best

We have stayed at Molina de Agua before and it is by far the best place to stay in the area. This was the easiest check in and out process we have had yet. Security and on site staff are the best. (I should mention the majority of my family and some friends went and we occupied many rooms on the property) Our room this time was rather plain. No TV's in any rooms, not decorated to host, wall mounts instead of central a/c. It was very very plain, but the owner was very kind as well as responsive and the manager was phenomenal so it wasn't a bust either, just wanting to be fair to potential occupants. MY family specifically would just prefer certain amenities so i would prefer a different unit next time. Our family members, plus prior units I have stayed in were set up much better and you could just tell the owners really invested more into their units.

Fantastic Condo

Absolute 10 out of 10 the condo is fantastic and the location can’t be beat. Neil is great to deal with. I highly recommend.
