Our old very sunny country house has thick walls to keep it deliciously cool even at the height of summer. Here peacefulness prevails. Large windows open up to great landscaped grounds planted with trees and flowers. With patience, you might be lucky enough to watch our favorite couple of squirrels ! A few hundred yards away, the pine forest will offer beautiful walks. The house back to back with another is situated close to owner's home and another small holiday rental. Enclosed landscaped grounds to share. Open plan kitchen (microwawe, dryer)/dining-room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), lounge with sleeping area (2 single beds), shower room/WC. Gas central heating. Possibility to rent kitchen linen and bathroom linen. House-cleaning provided in option. 2 mountain bikes. Domestic animals accepted with a deposit. Close to the prestigious Sauternes vineyard, stay in complete peace and quiet.
