Excellent room and shower, and reception staff were very helpful. Very smooth check in. Food at the Faro restaurant was excellent, but the staff in the restaurant did not provide good customer service (they were disinterested and slow).

The decor and feel of the hotel is wonderful, from the lobby to the room, it’s beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the staff are lovely. Opposite the square, and walkable to the bus terminal, cafes, restaurants etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in Punta Arenas.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the Punta Arenas town square. My wife and I arrived late and left early so we didn't get to useany amenities but the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable.and the hotel was gorgeous. Honestly, I was shocked with how nice it was - definitely exceeded expectations. Also the bed and shower were both excellent. Would highly recommend staying here if looking for a place in Punta Arenas. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time here.

Very central, comfortable, quiet and friendly

Very good stay and good value, booked online very easily. Everything worked smoothly, rapid check in on arrival, nice spatious and very clean room, quiet. In the 'new' tower part so very fresh appearance. Comfortable large bed, good shower and bathroom, good internet access. Breakfast extensive and fresh. Daytime and evening menu also good. Dining area also part of the upgrade only a few years ago and a good spatious area and atmosphere. All staff friendly. Check out as rapid as check in.

Our stay at Hotel at Hotel Cabo de Hornos was perfect, we had a lovely, comfortable room, the gym is clean and modern, staff super helpful and kind. Great breakfast and the hotel is beautiful. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

Amazing Hotel, Great Location, amazing staff

The hotel was spotless clean, the staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was spacious, comfy bed, amazing bathroom!! Excellent locationas well. The breakfast was excellent, great selection of food, so good. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in punta arenas.

Fantastic hotel, the superior room with seating area, table and chairs, luxury shower room, big king size bed was exceptional. The restaurant menu was excellent and food quality great value. The breakfast buffet was superb, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheeses, breads, fresh juices, fruit and a selection of baked cakes. Coffee on tap just fill up as much as you want. Dinning area was again luxurious designed. Staff were helpful. The location just perfect for walking around Punta Arena and exploring restaurants. Value for money hotel with luxury.
