One of the best experiences on Bavaro Beach! Enormous property with an excellent service everywhere every day. Each speciality restaurant was a treat with high quality food and presentation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner service at the Unique Beach Club level on the beach features a grilled meat course and a grilled seafood course with lobster .For dessert the crepe Suzette is exquisite.But better than the 5 star quality food was the 5 star service by Alejandro Cedeno and his team. Thank you for making this trip extra special for us with all your attention to detail. Perfect beach, perfect experiences from food, general service to nighttime entertainment and the spa. We had a great stay and definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was very nice but it’s not an only adults hotel there’s kids. They have an only adults pool but it’s a lot of older people (50 & up) and separate eating sections for adults and families. The big pool is good but there’s kids. They have one fun activity by the pool around 3:30pm then that’s it. No swim up bar. But they have a few bars around the pool. There’s no differences adults only just the bracelet and they sit you with no kids. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very nice. I would come back with my son but not for a couples trip.

Beautiful location and newer facilities. The rooms were relatively clean with consistent housekeeping although they would always come at 4pm. Staff was either very helpful or very rude. Food was just okay. The restaurants were beautiful but the food felt like it was from a caterer. We both had GI issues (just discomfort not sick) the entire week and for a week after our stay. Overall, beautiful resort but we constantly felt confused because the app they make you use wasn’t helpful (we didn’t know you must have a reservation for all locations) and we felt like a burden to half the staff (eye rolls, denied requests)
