Points forts : Propreté

Great location

Great location in Cap Cana. We stayed for 2 weeks & enjoyed the amenities of this unit & the property. Overall the unit was well equipped in the kitchen, with everything we needed (blender, coffee pot, ice cube trays, towels). Bathroom was good with storage areas, towels were nice. Laundry worked well, folding drying rack was also available. The two beds were a tad small (maybe double size?) but comfortable overall. We would prefer a king bed but it was still ok. The living area was comfortable with nice decor. The outdoor patio was lovely with comfy furniture, BBQ, and small pool. It was nice it was partially covered to offer some shade areas or escapes from the rain showers. Close to one of the pools. Communication thru VRBO with the host was non-existent. I had to communicate thru WhatsApp & email to get responses. Once on-site & had a direct #, it was good. Unfortunately we experienced an issue as the air conditioning didn’t work (leaked from ceiling in the kitchen area) but the ceiling fans kept us ok, and the AC in the bedroom worked. Our host was responsive about issue, offered solutions, but some things like this are out of their control. The pools at Punta Palmera are lovely. The beach is great. We rented a golf cart for our stay & explored all the local restaurants & areas of Cap Cana. A golf cart (or car) is needed here to get around as Cap Cana is huge! Can’t wait to return, I’d rent this unit again.
