The distribution is cozily designed, with a spacious living room, that includes a sofa-bed, integrated with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with a picuzzi so you can enjoy the most of your stay.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show your culinary skills, as well as Smart TV’s (living room and bedrooms), fast Internet connection, AC in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, hair dryer, clothing steamer, efficient sound proofing, safety box, blackout curtains and, of course, linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home.

The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras.

And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day

All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

Our holiday apartments are all of new construction with a modern but cozy feel, and situated in the heart of Bavaro, where you will have easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and a vibing nightlife! Property is located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of Punta Cana: Los Corales.

It is the epitome of a tropical beach getaway, featuring 2 floors, with an infinity pool on the second floor, fusion cuisine on the second floor and Italian on the first, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for even the most discerning traveler.
Our beach club offers free chaise lounges to all our guests, with a minimum consumption of US$15.00 per adult.
