Overall ok, clean, food was good. Beach access perfect. But they couldn’t find our Travelocity payment. Charged me an extra $900 upon checkin, then 2 hours later got it figured out. They made a mistake !!! Wow surprise. Immediately spent 20-30 minutes trying to not take their unlimited attempts at a hard sell upgrade package with John.

Everything at this hotel was outstanding the assistance from the people working there the fun time at the pool. Everybody was so willing to help you with anything that you needed. The rooms are very clean. The food was good. It was just it was great. It was awesome. We’ll definitely go back

Our room had very visible signs of wear and tear that should have been fixed prior to renting the room given the cost to stay here and the brands quality. There was a sewage smell the last too days. House keeping didn't really clean, there was no turn down service offered consistently, and room service and pick up was horrible. We had a tropical room but our balcony view was the access road. We had a vip upgrade but they didnt upgrade room but gave us a butler that I had to follow up with about things.

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Staff was. Wet attentive and pleasant. Our room with the swim up pool was great! Especially being the servers would come and take drink orders from us being we were very close to bar. Just wish they didn’t allow people to smoke in the pool as many guests were very inconsiderate dropping their ash and cigarette butts in the pool and leaving them on the edges of the pool making the pool area appear not so clean. Other than that, our stay was great. We would go back for sure.

The room was clean and well put together, the staff was amazing especially our personal concierge Miguel. I recommend him 100% . My boyfriend and I went on a baecateion and we will definitely be back. Out of all the resorts I have been too this one really took the cake . Most resorts food are disgusting but the food here was amazing . I am such a picky eater and I was able to eat everything. The vibe was amazing as well as all the pool parties. I just came back today and I'm already planning on taking another trip to Breathless . I am so happy I picked this resort .

Room was great! Pool was great! Fun times, nice people, drinks and good DJs. Eugenio, Janna, Jesus, Hector, Melfy, Esther TOOK CARE OF US!!! They fulfilled every request and recommended some amazing excursions and the rest of the resort staff was amazing! We will be back!
