Likes: having access to the family side, it was more lively Cons: every restaurant requires reservation and that’s so annoying , I paid too much to eat buffet food everyday . It’d be nice if trolley people were available more often to give you rides, it’s a big property. Guest services takes forever- waited 30 mins to make a reservation.

The room was ok. The TV didn’t work for almost 3 days. We called multiple times a day before someone finally came. Food from the buffet was cold. Guest using their bare hands to dish out the food. Found it difficult to make dinner reservations at restaurants. A hotel representative would say I have a reservation booked but when I get to the restaurant the staff would say I don’t have a reservation. That happened a few times. Overall the stay was ok but I wouldn’t go back.

Maintenance was horrible. Room wasn't ready to host. Maintenance had to be called out 3 days in a row. Still didn't fix everything. No compensation for loss time or money.

Place was really nice but people would break into our suite making the whole vacation feel on edge, the chain on the door wasn’t broken when we first came and a day into the vacation we see it split in 2 and some wear on the door, I’d appreciate people not breaking into our room on vacation

I love my pool villa en the adult side 3405. Stunning afternoon view from my private pool. The waitress brought me drinks. Had amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner right across from it at Beloved Restaurant. Fun beach party, fun white party. Room service in less than an hour.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Did not care for some staff. Food was not the greatest, it was average. Room was noy great. Our firat room we got there, it was clearlynoy ready for us. TV did mot work, I guess. We had just practically got in and maintenance was there wanting to come in. Later that evening, half of the electricity went out. Thankfully they moved us to another room. The floor in the entire room is tile. We realized that the floor was super slick when wet. One noght after dinner come in and the floor was wet. The ceiking was dripping from qhat appeared to be an access into the ceiling for maintenance. Well we did not notice it was wet until I fell, and when i say I fell, I fell hard. Buated my knee. Still hurting, and bruised. But when I told front desk. Nothing. Like they could care less. Staff was great for the most part. There were a few that all they wanted was to get into the single girls pants. And it started to get creepy, as they were not getting the idea.
