Fantastic Condo on the Beach. Relax and enjoy the breeze !!!

This stunning Punta Cana vacation apartment rental is located in a complex that's right on the beach. No passes required! Just walk right from your room into the fine white sand and crystal blue water. Relax in style on one of the beach beds or pull up a beach chair. There's also a large pool right on the property, so you have your choice of where to swim and lounge. Towels are provided.

The second floor condo has a fabulous master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The futon in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with an additional adjacent bathroom.

There are numerous incredible restaurants within walking distance. A small grocery store is less than a block away if you're interested in making a home-cooked meal. Sit indoors at the dining table or take your meal outdoors and relax in comfort on your own private balcony (with a view of the pool area). A microwave, stove, dishes and utensils are provided for your convenience.

For entertainment purposes, we provide free Wi-Fi, Satellite & Cable TV, a stereo and DVD player. Want to get out and enjoy the scenery? The San Juan Shopping Center is only 4 miles away with plenty of shops and stores to check out. Surfing, sailing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and paddle boating are also available nearby. The Cocotal Golf & Country Club is located only .5 miles away.

For your safety, there is 24 hour security located at the complex.
We offer a less expensive alternative to taxi service. Please inquire if interested and we'll be happy to accommodate and make arrangements.

Superbe séjour au Stanza Mare

Nous adorons cette endroit, la plage est magnifique Ă  2 minutes de marches seulement du condo, des palapas en nombre plus que suffisant. Notre condo Ă©tait propre et confortable selon nos attentes.

The apartment was very clean and had a potable water dispenser. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine that doesn’t require filters. Clean towels and sheets were provided.The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and has many restaurant options nearby. Parking is available, there is hot water, and plenty of beach chairs are provided. The property has an excellent maintenance team.We truly enjoyed our stay (my husband, our 19-month-old, and I). CĂ©sar was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great place to relax, with many retired people, adults, and families around. We will definitely come back.

Had a miscommunication issue before we arrived, which was fixed within a few minutes with one call. After that, it was perfect. Could not ask for better location to the pool or beach. Food at the pool was great. People very friendly. Condo was clean and everything we used worked properly. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Hurricane restaurant is next door to Stanza Mare. Had three meals there. Great location and food.

Overall we had a nice stay. Cesar was easy to communicate with and the condo complex was clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful and there were lots of chairs to use. We thought there was laundry available for us to use in the apartment as the listing indicated laundry but in the conditions listed on the booking page (which we didn’t see) this is run by the apt management and we had to pay separately for this. Cesar was nice enough to reimburse us for half of the cost due to the misunderstanding but it was 400 pesos for a load and they charged us for 5 loads which was a surprise given we only had 2 loads tops. We also were responsible for washing towels, of which there were only 4 provided for 4 people. This was not ideal given we had to pay for laundry. Over 15 items of clothing were missing when the laundry was returned to us. Don’t count on laundry being included and don’t use their service if you want your clothes back. Other than that issue we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay over the Christmas holidays. The unit was very clean and had everything you would need for holidays. The property manager Cesar is very helpful as are the staff at Stanza Mare. We love this area and complex. So close to many great resturants, easy access to multiple forms of transportation and the beach cannot be beat!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish

After not having travelled for over 2 years, we were somewhat hesitant in trying something new and different. Best decision ever and in chatting with Cesar the host, he was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had from the time of booking, throughout our stay and until the time we left. Cesar gave us information on who to contact for ground transportation to and from the airport. His name is Yves who is very courteous and reliable. The condo complex sits on a beautiful property with everything you need. Grocery store, shops and awesome restaurants are all within walking distance. Large, open pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and an on-site restaurant serving breakfast from 8-10am and then a good selection of food and drinks until 6pm. The beach is amazing with beautiful white powered sand and shallow, crystal blue water where you can easily walk out a safe distance. If you like walking the beach, this is the place, as it goes on for miles. There's lounge chairs which are provided on the beach exclusively for guests where a security guard is positioned to keep vendors and non-registered guests out. It's all just absolutely breath-taking!! The condo we stayed in was comfortable and had all we needed. Nice, spacious balcony with beautiful views of the pool area. Honestly, you won't be disappointed. We sure weren't and have already booked for next year. We decided on 3 weeks as 10 days just wasn't long enough. Hopefully it'll become a yearly trip for us. Thank you Cesar for being such a great host and allowing us to enjoy your condo and property. See you next year!!! James

Feels like home!

This suite has all the ammenities of home! Awesome location and just steps from the beach and close to restaraunts if you don't feel like cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Cesar , the host, was amazing and could not have been more accommodating and kind! 100 % recommend this suite. Perfect for those that are tired of the same old all inclusive resorts! We will definately not be wasting our money on those after staying here! Just one thing we wished it had was a full length mirror but that is all it was missing! Thank you Cesar for a perfect place to !

Smoking Could destroy nice property

Location is great, right on the beach. Architecture of the complex is eye pleasing,clean and green. The condo was clean, except bath rooms could use some work. I have seen people smoke right on the property, balcony and this is not good. There should be one or two designated spot on the property. Once the smoking smell gets IN, it doesn't get out. Condo staff are very friendly. Nice pool area. I thought smoking smell could destroy nice property.

Centrally located beautiful condo complex

The Stanza Mare is centrally located to shopping and restaurants and fronts onto a beautiful white sandy beach. Our unit was large and tastefully decorated with a very big balcony. The swimming pool was always clean and the grounds beautifully manicured. The snack bar at the end of the pool is handy if you feel like something to eat (especially the french fries) and drink that includes beer and alcoholic mixed drinks. We have booked the next 2 years in the same unit.

Best beach, great apartment

The best part of my stay here was the beach. I walked many miles in either direction, and the nicest part of the beach was right in front of this condo. It's clean, pretty empty, and there's always chairs and umbrellas available. The pool is very nice, too. It was never crowded and always clean. As for the apartment itself, the ad shows exactly what you get. It's spacious, airy, the furniture is nice and comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for cooking meals. The balcony was great for meals and drinks. It has a nice view of the pool. My only recommendations are for clearer instructions for checking in (our key couldn't be found for about 40 minutes), and for more information or a guide in the room for how to do things around the property. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation at this property.

A home in the sun away from our home in the snow

The property is amazing. It is on a fantastic beach and close to everything that we needed for our stay. There were restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk. We did not need a car or taxi to do everything we wanted. The unit (J 201) was clean and comfortable. The kitchen lacked counter space but we had everything that we needed to prepare meals when we wanted to eat in. Yves met us at the airport and took us to the condo via a large grocery store so that we could purchase enough to get started. Yves is knowledgeable about life in the DR and he was extremely helpful in getting us settled in to our vacation home. We are in the process of booking in this complex for 2018.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Stanz Mare, The location is on the powdery white sand beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The condo unit was as the photos show, very nice pool area. Yves was most helpful with information about the area, and transporting us to and from the airport.

Yves picked up us at the airport and stopped at the grocery store on the way to the condo. Yves also set up up on some day trips which I highly recommend. Condo is a well located unit over looking the pool and has a nice patio. Only negative is kitchen and TV's are small. Project is located on the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Owner very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful one month stay at this property. The location of the complex is ideal for enjoying the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. The staff on site were very helpful and friendly, always working on maintaining the gardens and pool. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed having the kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch, but there isn't much preparation area so anything complex would be challenging. The ceiling fans work well for keeping the whole place cool and we only used the airconditioning for a short while before bed to make sleeping a little easier. Screens on the doors would be nice to allow the breeze in. Communications with Cesar were always responded to quickly and the booking process was very easy. Thanks for a great holiday!
