The resort property was beautiful. Our rooms were great. Beach and pool were outstanding. The service was good. The food was terrible. We survived on the fresh made pizza from the food truck. The food in the restaurants we ate in was mostly inedible.

Amazing resort! Beautiful grounds, delicious food, and outstanding service all around. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. We went during low season which was perfect for us because it was quiet. The only downside was that they were doing maintenance of the kids water parks. The food options were great and the staff were incredible. We would definitely return!

Staff was amazing. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. It was very clean and we would see staff throughout the day clean various parts of the hotel. From the hallway walls, windows multiple times, the pool, etc. it was in the high 80’s and 90’s when we went and our room ac was amazing. There were times it was way too cold that we would shut off our AC for a few hours to warm up.

I liked the way the staff cleaned around the resort. They cleaned all day. The room could have been cleaned better while we were there. It was brought up but never addressed. That was the only issue

This hotel has potential to be fantastic, but unfortunately they have the rudest staff, dirty pools, and horrible food. But still the attitude I received from the staff is the reason we left 2days early and cut our trip short. Please spend your money else where. I went to reception to raise my concerns and instead the response i got is “you can check out anytime” so thats what we did. And upon check out the guy handed me a form, without me saying anything, and it was titled “reasons for early departure” so clearly a common occurrence. I have travelled to over 50 countries, i have stayed in the high end resorts and the most budget hotels, yet the demeanor of the staff here made this the worst experience. I have yet to get a refund for the days I didn't stay there, or any communication from the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel I was told because I am Expedia premium VIP i get a whole list of benefits, and the staff would check on me daily, that never happened. One night the shower over-flooded and water went through the entire room, even into the closet where our clothes and suitcases were. It took them 2 hours to send someone to clean, and each person that came in to address the issue, would give us attitude and angry looks.
