We truly enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were great quality. We were part of the Excellence Club with all the extras and it was totally worth the money. The roof top plunge pool was so convenient. The patio furniture was also very comfortable. Would definitely visit this resort again.

We stayed at the accommodation with the private roof top pool and it was stunning. AC was great, no dampness in the room. Giant terrace! The excellence club pool was so, so quiet it was lovely. No issues ever getting a shaded area on the beach either as we had the excellence club section. Very well staffed! Getting food was very easy + having it brought to you on the beach was awesome. Responsive and happy room service! Be particular about your drinks as they are usually doubles and triples. The food was good, better then Cuba for sure, but nothing fancy. We were only there for 3 nights so didn’t eat at every restaurant.

I really hate to give this resort a 1 star. The room was not cleaned at all upon arrival. Our room smelled like mold the whole time there. I asked several times in 1 day to have the room cleaned and sheets changed. 9 hours later, no sheets changed, no cleaning in our room, and no towels. The food was terrible. Not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was concerned the service was going to be spotty. My prior experience in Punta Cana was that the staff are generally meh...while they'll help you, it won't always be with a smile. And that's okay...I'm not owed a smile all the time. But when you spend a big wad, you are kind of paying for some smiles. My concerns were stupid...the service at Finest PC was even better than we received at Playa Mujeres. I didn't believe it could be possible, but alas, here I am writing one of my few reviews. Everything was great, except the honey mustard. No lie. That's literally the only complaint from my family of 11 very boughetto travelers. LOL. We are foodies and germaphobes wo insist on traveling. Haha! To understand the delusion, out next trip will be a cruise! A floating petri dish that we will board intentionally. I digress...Finest is the spot for our kind, hands down. They clean before you can dirty. You thought you were gonna slurp down the end of that pina colada, but nope. They already took the glass and brought a new fresh one while you blinked ever so quickly. Dinner service was superior - they know us and what we like. They didnt need to be told every single little common sense thing. If we were all talking and engaged, they just started bringing table apps. I appreciate that kind of intuitive service. The kids didnt have to say "virgin" each and every time. We all had finest club, but that's because of the need" for a menu at breakfast. Otherwise, there's no need for club.
