The check in was a little bit crazy, we came in on a Friday and there was a lot of people. The staff was very diligent in checking you in quick and getting you to have lunch. After that first day we had lots of fun. The only thing I would say is that part of the property has something like a timeshare so they are always fishing for prospect clients. Besides from that everything was good. The restaurant Il Tartufo was so good and El Gaucho too. Use the buffet by the beach for lunch and breakfast was the best thing we did.

Had to kill at least 10-20 mosquitos in the room daily. Beach drink service inconsistent and pool did not exist at all unless servers liked you.

The grounds are beautiful but too spread out. Rooms are large but not safe for elderly, there are to many steps. The resort has potential but needs some work and tweeking to make it better. Better organization with the tram would be good. The smell of mildew and humidity in the rooms needs to be worked on.

Went on a vacation with my boyfriend and it was a great time. The hotel is huge so be prepared to walk a lot or wait for the little train/bus they have. Dining options are plenty however reserving on the app is a little inconvenient. Check-in was a hassle there were too many people not a lot of organization. Mosquitos are everywhere so bring enough repellent. The night life is okay, not a lot of activities at the hotel other than dj & dancing. Cleanliness & food can be improved. Especially lunch options. A lot of seaweed and not any maintenance to the beach. Other than those minor inconveniences, we made the best of it and had a great time.

The property it self it’s a beautiful property. The staff all were really friendly, attentive and always looking to make customer happy. Things to look out for: it’s huge property to get from point A to B you have to almost always take a trolley, there is several stop along the property and they drive by every 5-10 minutes. Sometimes at full capacity and you have to wait for the next one, under the sun and humidity. There is no elevators to get to the rooms. If you’re staying on the third floor keep this in mind. All the buildings are the same you will get lost trying to find your building. Specially the first 2-3 days of your stay. Tons of mosquitos due to the artificial ponds around the property that are not kept up nor clean it’s a great home for this mosquitos to reproduce. Unfortunately the rooms do smell muggy or humid because the AC doesn’t run properly as well. Some rooms have mosquitos flying around bring your mosquito repellent. The mini bar it’s a hit or miss the small refrigerator does not work therefore drinks are kept warm. The boy that delivers the beer and water sometimes won’t re stock in my case he missed two days out of the 5. They are only allowed to give you 2 beers per day for your room. This wouldn’t be a problem if you have an elevator that will take you to the nearest bar but having to go up down stairs wait for the trolley to take you to the nearest bar, and come back and figure out where is your building it’s NOT worth. I will not be coming back.

Amazing place to nature loving individuals. They have such an amazing and welcoming staff all over the resort. We had experienced disruptions on room service couple of times. Rooms stinks sometimes. Overall, beach and food was so nice.

Honestly 8/10. The resort is huge and there is a shuffle than can take you around. Food at the buffet is great. Not giving it a 10/10 due to the customer service at the main buffet. The beverages are not easy access so you have to ask staff for one however when you do you will not get the beverage. 5-6 staff will pass you by while you sitting and look at you before asking if you need something and then will take up to 30 minutes to grab it. Majority of the time I finished my food before I received my beverage. Also the main pool is always warm and dirty.

I was in room 5204 and my cleaning lady was so good, the servers were well train, and the bar pool was great. MY Complain is the Internet. when there is internet which is not often the service is slower than molasses.

One of the worst resort we have stayed at,food was really bad not a lot of options. Restaurant we booked and got to know that the forget to book half of the family so we missed two restaurants. Service was the worst had to call them multiple times to come and clean rooms and 7days stay they came only 2 time after our multiple calls. If you dont speak spanish they would roll their eyes and make fun of you. Internet was down most of the time even paid for faster internet still didn’t work. I would never come to this resort such a waste of money

The property and main pool were filthy. I became ill on the second day and am still ill 8 days later. The main pool with the swim up bar was literally green with things floating in it. Several things were wrong with our room. Including the minifridge which barely worked in our room and none of our in room drinks were cold. The duck pond with the fountains was filthy on property and the water splashes on the guests eating on the outside terrace of the sushi restaurant. We were harassed by concierge staff trying to sell us timeshares, etc. It was horrible.
