I love the resort the beach is amazing the different restaurant choices are great … buffets are great. Only bad thing was how they don’t have enough tvs or sports channels to watch the many playoff games in May… I missed a bunch of the NBa playoffs and was very let down .

Resort is disappointing and from my experience I'm not recommending the resort for couples. squeeky/noisy bed, towels have to be asked everyday, wifi is very bad, shuttle service is limited, massage is not good. only thing we like on the property is dining on different restaurant.

What a beautiful resort this was. It was my boyfriends first time going on an all inclusive and I'm glad it was at the Princess. The beach was absolutely stunning. The pool always had fun activities going on in the afternoons. The night time entertainment was fun and interactive. The only downfall is that the rooms got humid. So pack humidity bags. Other than that it was such a great experience. The pool staff, the bar staff, everybody was friendly. The food was good as well. Would definately ho back! 10/10!

The property was clean. Restaurants were average even with the platinum upgrade. Highly recommend upgrading to platinum because you get better beach/pool seating, better quality alcohol and wait less for food/booze.

The property is beautiful the wildlife was great to see! They also have an ecological walk (paseo ecologico) which is kept really nice. Its a lot of walking tho the tram was helpful but sometimes it's too full to get on. Take sneakers! The staff was always helpful and welcoming. The relaxing pool was the best to me!

This is our second time to this resort and we upgraded to the platinum level.... well worth the money with more options available. The staff is always helpful and fun. The beach is beautiful. Great weather (don't look at the app)...we got sun everyday even when it called out to rain. Such a relaxing place and beautiful grounds all around.
