Property was beautiful. Area around property I would not venture out to for safety reasons. Service great all around from front desk to maintenance and everything in between.

The beach was amazing and weather was crystal blue. Rooms were beautiful and large. Very safe! Great eco park. Food was in line with an all inclusive. Drinks were fantastic!

Beach & water were phenomenal. Rooms were clean, updated & we were fortunate to get one on the 2nd floor in Platinum (which I highly recommend) that had a view of the ocean. The a la carte restaurants were probably the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive. Grounds were beautiful & well maintianed. A few occasions where the servers seemed annoyed to be there but that’s not really the resort’s negative. Overall a great place for a beach vaca! Several pool options that were very nice and clean. Get to the beach loungers very early if you want one for the day. We were there during Spring Break so could’ve been busier than normal.

Buen lugar para descansar, muy recomendado para pasar en familia y con muy buenas amenidades. En recepción Osiris nos atendió de manera muy amable. La comida es muy buena en los buffets, tanto para desayuno, almuerzo y cena, a los restaurantes adicionales que asistimos (Il Tartufo y Wasabi) tienen oportunidad de mejora en sus platos.
Recomendado, regresaré en una próxima ocasión!

Great property. Good price and excellent staff. Beautiful ocean view and several pools. Good shopping onsite. Live music every night.

My wife and I loved this place. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, excellent opinions when it comes to food, buffet and also a la cart restaurants. We stayed at the adults only side and was very quiet. We had and amazing experience and enjoyed the stay at this resort, would definitely stay there again. Already planning your next visit lol. Highly recommend.
