We had a good stay at Grand Palladium. Our room was clean and the maid came everyday while we were out. We ate at an a la cart restaurant almost every night. Rafael our concierge was very helpful in booking our dinner reservations and even included my sisters family in our reservations. He made sure our rooms got decorated for the birthday and anniversary we were celebrating. He check on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.

Resort stay was good, came when resort was under going renovations, so alot of restaurants were closed. We had a concierge name Rafael who helped us greatly with making reservations without him we probably wouldn’t be able to book anything for dinner which means only buffet options were availabile. Definitely need more food options. Staff were great and my concierge was awesome. Limited food selection .

Property is pretty lots of walking room and space for the amount of people here. Casino is not ideal for casino enthusiasts. Very small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had evening staff Maribel as our waitress she was always going the extra mile and attentive. She made us fresh espresso! Beach vendors were a little more aggressive than Mexico. But was nice to have shaded areas to sit. So that was relieving. Not. Lot of guests or staff were smiling, maybe the heat? I did realize during the trip resort style is not for me. Brought $400 in cash and basically went to tips. We didn’t the property since we were kind of discouraged from the beach incidents. Definitely good for families though! I would say a weekend here was a good enough stay anything longer not a great idea. Room was great!! Spacious and room service on point! Get to buffet style areas early for fresh cold options.
