There was a roach in our bathroom. We notified staff and they came to the room and saw the roach too. They said that they were going to exterminate the room. The very next day we saw another roach in the room. I have pictures. Also the vanity kit in the bathroom was all molded when I when to use it. I didn’t even bother notifying staff because it didn’t want me complaining to ruin my trip. Nevertheless, Staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

The property eas great, beach nice. I would improve both access to lounge chairs and have staff patrol this (people take more than their share of spots and dont use). I would like to particularly comend the service provided by our concierge, Edwin Simon, assigned to us upon arrival. Edwin was extremely attentive to pur needs and overall experience, very helpful and a great peraon all around. An exemplary employee and steward of your hotel! Promote this gentleman!

Restaurants were amazing, we had many issues with housekeeping and the condition of the room. Towels were not replaced and when we checked in there was sand underneath the blanket. We asked for new sheets and towels but it took a long time to replace and had to call several times.

The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean but in need of updating. The food choices were many.The food was mediocre and similar from restaurant to restaurant. The pool had only one set of stairs to get into, which is a problem for older people and a possible liability for the hotel.

Over all it was a pleasant experience. However. for just 2 small loads of laundry we were charged $111.50 USD which is absolutely ridiculous! Also there were communication challenges with some of the resort staff who understood very little English; the power in our room flickered off and on several times for the first couple of days and the AC in the room was not cool enough

I had 2 rooms and had to switch one of the rooms since bathroom was leaking and couldn’t use it. New room AC was very noisy. I had a handicapped person and to get into the shower tub for a shower was a nightmare. Need to accommodate disabled guests. I also asked for a connected room but did not get that. Both the rooms were not disabled friendly. Food options were terrible for vegetarian and vegan folks. Often times I did not know which one was without meat and sea food.No transportation was available for disabled.
