Beautiful grounds, very well mantained. BUT, rooms inside are dirty, garbage under beds, hair in the corners, mold on the walls and ceiling, vents apparently never cleaned. Plates (especially in the buffet) dirty, you can see it and feel dirt to the touch. Not enough spoons for different dishes, and almost no tabs with dish descriptions, or tabs with no names. So food was constantly cross-contaminated (meat with fish and vegetarian dishes). Not good resort for vegetarians. Restaurant floors looked like they were never moped. Some staff members had attitude, especially when we said that we'll feel out survey about the stay later, the guy gave us face like "what's wrong with you", or the woman who was rude pushing us out to check out when our stuff was locked in the room despite the fact that we paid extra to extend the check out time.

The five-star rating is misleading. I don’t know how this hotel earned it. No one offered to help with our luggage and we were told in broken English to go find the building 12 without anyone showing us the way. The elevator only worked about one out of four times. One of the stair tiles fell down under my husband’s foot and was never fixed or even removed during our entire stay. The beach was covered in seaweed, the pool was dirty and it closed at 6pm. The food was awful at every restaurant! we tried all of them and none were worth returning to. The staff were rude and seemed annoyed by guests, as if our presence was a disturbance. On top of that staff constantly tried to sell memberships, future hotel projects, and tours. Marketing people were everywhere around the pool and beach, which ruined any chance of relaxing. Our butler only booked restaurants and pushed us aggressively to attend a “special breakfast” on our first morning, which turned out to be a members-only sales pitch. He called repeatedly early in the morning, admitted he’d earn a commission, and said we had to sit through a 1.5-hour marketing presentation to get breakfast. When we declined, he became angry, never checked on us again. The lobby lights were off during the day, making it dark and lifeless.The worst issue was that we had no warm water for the last three days and had to shower with cold water. The AC made constant noise and despite reporting it to both the butler and front nothing was fixed.

The staff person of Expedia named Woodley stood out to me and my partner as he went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The clean room staff also did a great job and the rancho restaurant was unbelievably good. The pools here are great and the water park was great as well.

room was humide but normal for dominican. and i didnt put the ac on since it was not hot for me to turn it on. if i would have turned it on might of cut humidity. staff is very nice. food is good/okay but it is not typical dominican food. its a mix of different places to make everyone happy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. The service throughout the resort was excellent—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The activities were very good and well organized, adding a lot of fun to our stay. Special recognition goes to Kyle, the lobby concierge, who was incredibly helpful and friendly; Yudy at the reception, who provided excellent assistance with a warm smile; and El Natural at the main bar, whose great energy and service made every visit enjoyable. Thanks to the amazing staff, our stay was memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The only aspect that could be improved is paying a little more attention to the cleaning of the showers. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent.

Was great for families with young kids. Adults got Little bored after couple days as there was nothing much inside the resort other than relaxing. we could have enjoyed with more fun activities available exclusively for adults. Restaurants were not so great but ok. Everything else was great. Certainly recommend this resort

I recently stayed at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort offers a beautiful beachfront location with pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing getaway. All the Expedia stuff was great they are very reponsible but we found room roaches and food was not great no chicken item.

Hotels.com (and Expedia) intentionally lets you book teens as adults so your cost looks much lower than it should. When you check-in at the desk with Expedia flags all over it, they start on the rehearsed skit saying you owe a difference. I can afford to pay the difference, but I shouldn’t have to pay more than the contracted price. Small claims court in Oklahoma, here I come! Resort is beautiful, food is pretty terrible, bug bites in bed, some workers are amazing and others hate their lives, about an hour from the airport with nothing to do around it
