I like that it was walking distance to the beach and to eating places down the road. The guy at th he front desk was awesome.. what i didn't like was the road was noisy at night and day for construction across the street, the building need an upgrade and it was noooooo hot water, at noooooo time of the day.
I love that this hotel is in walking distance to all that was needed, food, shopping and excursions. room was cleaned daily and comfortable. Just the Tv In my room had issues but it was ok, was not on vacation to watch tv anyways.
Unfortunately, my stay at Green Coast Hotel has been a disaster! We have moved for the second time in one day. Our first night we got zero sleep because the music played well into the morning and staff started construction early in the morning with lots of banging and drilling (I have video). The first room we were in had water damage in the ceiling with plaster falling on the night table (have pictures). We let the staff know our dissatisfaction and they moved us to another room this time without a working toilet. One flush and water went everywhere. My partner had to turn the water off to stop it. We packed all our things again and went to the front desk to be moved. Mind you it was past 11 pm at this point. The front desk took us to another room and would you believe that toilet did not work either?! So frustrating and disappointing. We wanted to leave completely but at the late hour, we could not book another hotel. We even contemplated sleeping in our rental car. This has been so upsetting after all the planning we did for this trip. We just wanted a clean, quiet, decent place to stay but unfortunately this has not been the case. I would really appreciate if someone from Expedia would reach out about my experience as I would like a full refund to compensate us for the lack of sleep, wasted time, and overall unpleasant stay. Thank you.
El personal no es profesional son brutos no entienden las habitaciones no la revisaron antes de dĂĄrnosla , rente 3 habitaciones una el toilet no tenĂa agua no funcionaba la televisiĂłn no tenĂa control traen uno y no trabajaba con la TV y se hicieron los locos no se utilizĂł la TV 406, en otro cuarto 403 el toilet votaba agua caliente y no podĂan usarlo pork era mucho vapor que apagaran el calentador lo apagamos no pasĂł nada el baño tenĂa un mal olor a cloaca alcantarilla que se sentĂa en el cuarto completo mi hija hasta vomitĂł y dijeron k lo siente que eso es lo Ășnico que hay muy mal trato del personal no son nada profesionales , hotel orrible
Basic room. Nothing special. Hot water and clean towels.working AC nice bed, ample breakfast. Furniture old. No chair to sit in. Far from beach and tons of traffic, dust, and construction around. Better places closer to the beach.
It is important to confirm your reservation before arrival. They did not find mine and they sent me to another beach front hotel that they own. I paid extra because they wanted me to come back the next day to the original hotel and I didnât want it. I only planned to stay two nights and I will not expend my time there moving my stuff. I arrived from Santo Domingo on the bus, so the bus left me on the street just in front of the hotel, and the entrance of this place was floated; I paid a little taxi to just cross the floated area with my luggage to the front desk. The beach hotel is that one that I rated, and I could stay there again because for the price, it was okay. I would not stay in the one located in the floated area.
