The property is enormous, which means you need to walk to get anywhere. It is extremely hot and too hot to walk to the pools to the lobby or to the beach. They have tram cars that you have to wait 15 minutes for in the heat. They don’t have enough garbage cans to throw your trash in so there’s trash everywhere especially on the beach. They put pork in all of their food even added to their pasta so if you don’t eat pork like me be prepared. Also, they play very loud music in the lobby when you’re trying to talk to people who don’t speak English well so you can’t hear what they’re trying to tell you and it’s important.

Very crowded, we ask for a room change and the front desk said at 5 pm our room was going to be ready and it was ready at 9 pm the room was not in good shape the bath tub was broken, the towels smelled like gasoline the tv didn’t work,we called the front desk and no one answered so we had to go to the lobby and it was a very long walk since the hotel is so big.
