Staff needs more training in customer services they do not pay attention to the guest needs, usually you had to address needs so they can get you coffee, drink or simple utensils. If you said something they will argue with you. It was a long week of stress.

Staying at the Riu replublica was not a deception, because I did my research and every single review was bad! Rooms are very dirty, and food is very limited.Personal had a bad mood and attitude every single day.The customers… well it's not the best. My recommendation is not to go .Pays little more a get a best option

If you want editable food, don't come here. Was a good time with the bars/beach though and it is great for those who like to party. Some staff also rudely ask for tips at some of the buffets. Also to be sure to use the safe as my friends credit card was stolen from the room.
