Best resort in Dominican Republic!! The place is gorgeous, the staff is very well trained, the food is delicious in the buffet and the restaurants. The water park was great and the nightly entertainment was always fun.

We had an amazing six night stay at the Hyatt Ziva. We have a 10 year old and there was so much for her to do the entire week. I am a foodie and food content creator and I enjoyed the food. There were some dishes that weren’t as seasoned as I would make them but that is to be expected when cooking for a large number of people. We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva in Cabo and wanted to experience the Punta Cana location and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even though the place was fully booked, it never seemed crowded with no long lines for anything. Food was fresh and plentiful and delicious. Very full and spacious gym facilities. Beds were comfortable and clean. We are heading back again!

Best All inclusive I've been to. The people are very attentive to your needs! The Spa is amazing, the servers at all the restaurants. The grounds are spotless. The only drawback was the beach, really dirty we couldn't use get in the water.
