We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, and I'm delighted to share our outstanding experience at this beautiful all-inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by every aspect of our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with immaculate grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a perfect blend of luxury and Caribbean charm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, greeting us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly welcome throughout our entire visit. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with all the amenities we could want. Our accommodations offered spectacular views and provided a peaceful retreat after days filled with activities and relaxation. The resort's facilities are world-class. The pools were pristine and never felt overcrowded, the beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the various dining venues offered excellent variety. We particularly enjoyed the dinner restaurants, where the quality of food and service was exceptional. The entertainment and activities kept us engaged without ever feeling overwhelming. One small area for improvement: While breakfast offered good variety and options, the quality didn't quite match the exceptional standards set by the rest of the resort's dining experiences. Elevating the breakfast to match the dinner service would make this resort absolutely perfect.

Don’t really write reviews but this place was warranted. From start to finish,the staff and I mean every staff member was genuinely nice. There is always something to do or something going on for everyone. The food was really good as well with some being a little more desirable than others,but overall really good. Couples won’t be bored and if you have kids, they definitely won’t be bored!

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana was memorable, mainly thanks to the incredible staff. They were warm, kind, and truly made us feel cared for. Their energy is what makes this resort special. Check-in was easy, but there was miscommunication about our room. I had inquired the Club Master One Bedroom and was told the upgrade decision would be made on arrival. Instead, we were told the original room was not available at all and had to take the upgrade, which cost us over two thousand dollars. This should have been communicated before we arrived, especially with two toddlers. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff handled our bedding requests very well. However, the room was not as clean as expected. Our toddlers found nail clippings and dusty corners, and even after asking for deep cleaning several times, it never felt fully done. The Italian restaurant was our favorite, with fresh food and friendly service. The wine selection was limited even with the Club upgrade. The Turkish Mediterranean restaurant was disappointing, with long waits and no bread or kids’ food even after repeated requests, so we left. Pronto’s and the Mercado buffet were convenient for the kids, and the staff there was always helpful. Special thanks to dinner manager Juan Carlos for his outstanding service. Before we left, guest relations reached out and handled our concerns professionally. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the staff truly shines. We had a good stay and made great

The literal best all inclusive I’ve ever been to. The staff is top notch. They remembered my kids names and their drink orders. There is constantly activities, movie nights and shows. Every single person left an impression from the people checking you in, the ladies at the coffee bar, the staff at kids club, the amazing bartenders (shout out to Marco), wait staff, even housekeeping! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my kids first resort. The rooms are spacious, the food is great (including room service) the water park is fun. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Exceeded all expectations.
