Very large property with great ocean views. It is clean and rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony. Rooms can be damp from humidity; ours was less damp from running a fan we brought to run while sleeping. Numerous bar locations and restaurants with quick and efficient service. Service from bartenders can be a little slow, but they accommodate what you need and ask for when serving you. Overall great beach and hotel stay with activities, cuisine, and nightlife. Foam party was a blast for the kids, and karaoke was a hit with us adults!

We recently stayed at Lopesan Resort in Punta Cana, and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. From the beginning, the arrival process felt unorganized. There was little guidance provided about resort policies, how things worked, or where to find key areas. Additionally, communication was often difficult since very few staff members spoke English fluently, and many did not fully understand what we were trying to communicate. Beyond the language barrier, the overall demeanor of the staff was disappointing. It often felt like we were being met with side glances or annoyance when asking questions or making simple requests. The service did not feel welcoming or accommodating, especially compared to other resorts we have visited, particularly in Mexico. One thing we found inconvenient was that the resort requires guests to use the Lopesan app for almost everything, including reservations, menus, and room requests. While the concept is modern and could be helpful, it becomes frustrating when Wi-Fi is slow or if you don’t have access to your phone. Another downside was the towel card system. Guests must exchange a card each time they want a towel, and missing cards at checkout result in a $25 charge per towel. This might be understandable if the towels were in excellent condition, but unfortunately many were stained, worn, or even ripped. My overall stay was great, but there was a few little details i didnt like. They upgraded our room because it wasnt ready when we got in. I booked an ocean view room and they gave us a vip room with "ocean view" but i could barely see the ocean but i was happy because we got a bigger room. Also when using the bathroom housekeeping forgot to take a bag out the bathroom which was a turn off. But housekeeping came quick and fixed the issue, but i wasnt mad things happen. Besides that staff was great, drinks were great, food was amazing tony from the buffet area was the guy shutout to him and the restaurants were great because they had gluten free options. The room service food not so good, really bad. No flavor to it, but the pool area was the best part of my vacation and the night shows really great. Would i come back? Hell yeah. Thsnk you for your service lopesan keep growing

I loved this resort! Is great for adults and families . The food in the restaurants was great loved asador and mareas . The food in the buffet was okay but there you can find something to eat for everyone. the drinks were amazing . The lobby bar so pretty ! The hotel is so clean I loved the coffee shop they have milk alternatives ! It was so clean well maintained. The only comment I have was about the pillows in the bedroom find too hard and they charge extra for nice pillows .

I had money stolen from me a significant amount too, and I know it was taken too considering all the factors of the situation, the front desk refused to really help me because it wasn’t in the “safety box” which I found so funny since it was in my room in my backpack , complete violation of privacy and space didn't know Lopesan hired thieves overall nice resort
