We stayed here for 5 days. Never once had our mini bar restocked even after calling multiple times a day and going to the front desk. Our shower flooded during every shower we took and we found roaches in our room. We would call consistently and there was just a huge language barrier and no sense of urgency. Terrible experience, we have bites on our bodies as well.

The Majestic is a very nice place but really showing its age. It was not the cleanest place and we had some electrical issues. They are planning on shutting down for 6 months to remodel hopefully they get that done. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER! I did not eve drink the water but got sick the second day we were there. Our Buttler was to busy when we checked in he was given like 4 couples to show around and to their rooms. Therefore it was not good personal service. We had a swim up room but there are only a couple ladders to get into and out of the pool so if you want to use a ladder you will be in someone else’s area to get out of the pool. It should be built in steps on the room side not just the main entrance to the pool. Also they close the pool at 6pm so even if you have a swim up room you don’t get to enjoy the pool later. Shampoo and conditioner sucked. We were there for a week, I sure if I was to go back I would look into other places!

The room needed an update. Specially the bathroom that flooded a little everytime you take ashower. The iron broke the first day, the iron board broke 2 days later, the blow dryer didn't work at first and then work, the entrance and bathroom area got flooded by the accumulated water from the air conditioning. The positive is that every issue got resolved right away after we reported. All the public areas were well maintained including the large and beautiful pool. The beach area was beautiful, the entertainment was good. The food was very good too. Once they finish the planned renovations, I will probably come back.

Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing!! Pools wet layed out wonderful. Drinks are delicious. Some of the facilities need updating but that is scheduled in the near future. I will definitely return/ recommend!

Property and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Room was very large and clean. Staff everywhere were friendly and welcoming. Great pool. Lots of food choices, although in some cases, quality could have been better.
