5 Stars Exceeded Expectations! Our stay at Majestic Mirage was nothing short of amazing. The resort exceeded all of our expectations from the delicious food options to the fun, engaging entertainment throughout the day and night. What truly made our experience unforgettable was our incredible butler Gorge (Lelus). He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and taken care of every step of the way. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our stay. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

My husband and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary here. From arriving to leaving, the process and stay was so smooth. Loved our room and this resort was truly beautiful. The buffet style food was regular, but the French, Japanese (hibachi), steakhouse, and Italian restaurant were incredible. Our butler Eduardo was amazing. He communicated with us on a daily, and made sure our fridge was stocked w/water as I requested. The staff, especially the guy where we get our towels, was sooo incredible. He was able to make our reservations for dinner and very responsive when I text through the app as well. We had Oceanside view and the sky rooftop room. Absolutely beautiful. The pool was lovely and the beach was okay…too much coral reefs for me. A little take away from the room was the toilet area. It gave cruise vibes and it was really small. My husband and I are not big people, but I still like some room in my toilet area. Also just minor maintenance like painting needed on the Sky roof top area. Other than that, my first time here, and it won’t be my last time! We did dinner in the sky as our excursion here and it was a blast! I also wish this resort provides shuttles to and from the airport…that will be awesome! But over all a phenomenal place and stay! My husband definitely utilized the sports bar every night, and I utilized the gym every day! Did I mention this place was amazing!!! Thank you DR and Majestic Mirage, you all did not disappoint! Room service was tea!

The Majestic resort is very beautiful and the service is exceptional. We stayed at this resort for 7 days and we have whole heartedly recommended it to all our friends and family. This was my first trip to the DR, and sadly, the resort experience was very poor. Upon arrival, there were workers still fixing our room—we had to wait outside. On day 3, the ceiling leaked. On the 5th night, we were woken at 12:30 a.m. by staff asking if we had water running because of a leak below. It disrupted our sleep completely. The food was another big disappointment. The buffet had little variety, and everything tasted bland or overcooked—even breakfast. The only tolerable meals were at the Japanese and French restaurants. The Italian restaurant was a disaster: the waiter was rude, and the food came out with the wrong types of pasta. When we asked about it, staff seemed indifferent and annoyed. We even saw them making dismissive gestures behind our backs, which was incredibly unprofessional. While guest services did apologize after we made a complaint, the experience had already left a sour taste. We noticed many guests leaving plates half-full at various restaurants, so clearly the dissatisfaction was widespread. Service overall felt forced. Staff didn’t seem genuinely friendly. At the coffee shop, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Drinks were nicely presented but had no alcohol taste. The only highlight was our butler—he was kind and did his best to help. Without him, this would be a 1-star review. I’m shocked this property has received so many positive reviews. I hope this review helps you more informed decision & hopefully encourages the resort to improve.

Everyone on staff was VERY cordial and pleasant to deal with. Our Butler (Vickiana) was incredible! She made everything happen.....seemlessly! This was such a pleasant experience that we decided within our first 5 hours there that we WILL be back next year! Look forward to our next visit!

The absolute best resort my husband and I have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, you are met with a gorgeous marble floor lobby, as they take your bags, hand you a scented towel to cool off, and lead you to the self-serve snack and drink bar. Our butler Leon was incredible and great for questions and booking reservations. We felt catered to at every moment. The beach and pools are beautiful with day beds and lounge chairs galore. The food is delicious and they have great Dominican options as well as more American options. There is always a place to grab a bite to eat. The energy of the entire resort is friendly and lively, and their night time shows are amazing. Fantastic dancers and singers. We will definitely be back!!

But the check in process was slow and the dining option was a bit limited. Very difficult to get reservation for the French restaurant which they told us it was all booked but i see many empty seats. Many of my fellow travelers were turned away from the French restaurant even though they had reservation.

We had an excellent experience at the resort. Everyone was super friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the place was clean. Our butler, Mayquel, was excellent and very attentive to us. We have no complaints, only positive experiences. We recommend it 100%.
