Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stay away from this place at all times. We had paid for our reservation through Expedia. Upon arrival the staff refused to give us a room citing not have received tge funds. They forced me to pay again. It took me tens of calls and lots of stress to get my refund. Everything in the room was either broken or not working. Room cleaning service is nig regular and has to be requested every few days. The staff know nothing and care nothing about customer service. STAY AWAY.
