The stay was great. Lots of good food, easy resort and fun to stay out. Joselito made our stay much better with great assistance

The property is amazing and everything is convenient on the property. However, the area outside of the resort looked very unsafe. One thing I would be aware of traveling to Punta Cana is , you do not need to exchange currency. American money is preferred in that country. Also, be aware of the scammers, they start as soon as you get off the plane.

Beautiful property, lots of activities, beach is lovely. Not too big can easily walk around it. Would return and would recommend. Great family resort.

This was a great experience, it was absolutely wonderful . Joselito was phenomenal, he make sure we had everything , and was very consistent. He made our trip extra special and fantastic thank you Joselito.

Reception did not provide us with the proper room and took over 24hrs to fix.

I loved staying here so much! I did months of research trying to find the perfect place and I am so happy I made the decision to come here. I came with my boyfriend and we got a room with the swim out pool (so worth it). We stayed in building 14 which was very convenient. It was right in front of lazy river and halfway to the "plaza" and pool/beach. Joselito at guest services made sure we had everything we needed and messaged us daily with an itinerary of the day. The casino was a lot of fun! They had electronic roulette and a regular table. 3 blackjack tables and some fun slot machines. The food was excellent. Our favorite was the Hibachi. That is the one restaurant you need to make a reservation for. The staff was so friendly and the property was so clean! The staff makes sure you are having the best time. Also, LOVE the coffee and gelato shop. If you're considering your options on where to stay, this place should take the win! I'd recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!!
