My wife and I stayed at the resort for 7 nights. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, the service was excellent, and the food was awesome. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but the hotel addressed it quickly. Unlike other great resorts nearby, Secrets has huts on the beach, which I personally prefer over umbrellas. The only downside—something the resort cannot control—was the sargassum. We did not expect it in December, but it was present. It wasn’t significant, but it did make the ocean less appealing for swimming. However, if you’re a pool person, the pools are fantastic! If we can find a time of year with minimal sargassum, we will definitely return,

The staff is the best I’ve ever experienced, they are always there and always very happy to do whatever it takes to make everything perfect and make your life easy, theyre awesome. The views from your room are beautiful and so is the beach, there was a seaweed problem in the ocean water sadly but with the pools, the great weather and views it really wasn’t too much of a problem. The rooms, pools, restaurants, bars, spa, and lobby are seriously top notch, very clean and built beautifully. The worst part was leaving at the end!

A lot of the food was ok, too salty for my taste. Restaurant seem to half a better quality of food. Very quiet resort. Use to a little more fun pool activities. This place is great for older people. I am older but don’t act my age. We are very active.

From the moment we arrived at Secrets Cap Cana, we knew we were in for something special. The property is stunning; lush landscaping, and breathtaking views that look like something out of a travel magazine. Every corner feels like paradise. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the incredible variety of food and beverages. Whether we were dining at one of the gourmet restaurants or grabbing a quick bite poolside, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktail menus were extensive, and the bartenders were always ready to whip up something delicious and refreshing. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was our Concierge, Michael. He went above and beyond every single day to ensure our experience was flawless. From personalized recommendations to surprise treats in our room, he anticipated our every need with such warmth and professionalism.
