The property itself is excellent very well kept, great location. The restaurants and buffets were all very good. The food was always fresh and well prepared. The only thing lacking is the service, which was hit or miss, and could definitely use some improvement.

Clean beautiful resort. Only negative is if you have food alergies and dont speak spanish, you are on your own to navagate what is safe to eat. That is the only negative for thia resort.

I would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing weekend. The staff went above and beyond. The only thing I would say need improvement are the meal options. The habachi in the Japanese restaurant is the only meal I would try again… everything else needs a lot of tweaking.
