I loved it 10/10 the people around the area were super nice. I felt safe. I was walki my around with my boyfriend at night. Barhopping, it was truly incredible & the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night the room was nice but things like the refrigerator, the safe did work. Also could not adjust the air conditioner, and it was chilly in the room. Next day asked for a new room and lady at the front desk took care of us, everything in the new room was perfect. The morning beakfast was good. The service in the restaurant was good.

Gave them mostly 2 for the roach found in room, but they did change my room. Not very many English speaking staff. Communication was difficult. Poor wifi. Breakfast choice could improve. Lower lever/smaller room bathrooms created a mess due to small size and inappropriate shower system. Lighting in room and bathroom were poor. However, property is located in an area with lots of food/restaurant choices, shops, grocery store. Outdoor pool was questionable. Staff were friendly but very little English speaking. Air conditioning was good but wasn’t really needed, as the daily temperature was mostly tolerable, maybe due to location. Indoor suites better than outdoor ones.
