Villa Blanca is located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at La Cana golf course (Arrecife) and is within walking distance to the beach.

The resort is home to 2 oceanside golf courses (Corales by Tom Fazio and La Cana by P.B. Dye), luxury hotels, The Spa, the Oscar de la Rental tennis center (tennis, paddle, and pickleball courts), an equestrian center & polo club, pristine beaches and beach clubs, nature trails and freshwater lagoons, fantastic restaurants, and more. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort - 1 kilometer or less than 1 mile from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Villa Blanca is an elegant, 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath, 10,000 sq. ft., 2-story villa in 2 levels with a great view of the La Cana golf course.

Arrive at Villa Blanca through the lighted entry columns, drive over a quaint wooden bridge with manicured gardens on both sides, and be greeted by the villa staff as you enter this impressive villa. Villa Blanca has lots of amazing common areas where you can relax. As you come into the villa, the TV room is immediately to your left, kitchen to your right. Walk through the rotunda with skylight and view of the top floor and continue to the living room to your left, and dining room to your right.

The kitchen is fully equipped AND your villa rental includes a private chef who will prepare daily meals at the villa (food & beverages are not included). Enjoy delicious meals in the formal dining room or dine casually outside by the BBQ area, which is right next to the dining room.

Walk through the French double-doors and step outside to the pool area. The large, round pool has an island with palm trees in the middle, a connecting Jacuzzi, and surrounding pool deck. The covered terrace next to the pool is a favorite place to relax during the day, enjoy poolside snacks and drinks and converts easily into a pre-dinner cocktail lounge.

There are 2 incredible rooftop terraces right above you with a connecting walkway and balcony. The rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy the sunrise or practice yoga. The middle balcony offers a private retreat with an amazing view of the pool and golf course.

The villa’s comfortable spaces and elegant interior invite you to relax in the comforts of a private home.

THE BEDROOMS:

Villa Blanca has 6 bedrooms, including 2 bungalow bedrooms, and 4 bedrooms upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sitting area, a large walk-in closet with vanity area, and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the balcony and rooftop terraces.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, dresser, and a Jack & Jill bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, Jack & Jill bathroom with shower, and direct access to the balcony and rooftop terraces.

NOTE: Bedrooms 3 and 4 share 1 bathroom.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs, garden suite) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English/Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
