     The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom.

     Both guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the split-floor plan house with two queen guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.

     Home Away from Home

     The main living room features a large wraparound couch as well as a  huge flat-screen TV. A second family room includes an additional TV, along with plenty of seating and space to spread out and enjoy family time.

     Take advantage of the perfect kitchen with plenty of space to prepare any meal.

      The amenities in this home are perfect for a sunny Florida vacation! The sparkling pool is the perfect place to spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too. 

      There are 2 kayaks and 2 bikes (beach cruisers) for full enjoyment of the best outside living Florida provides.

      The backyard is fully fenced- please walk the fenceline to make sure little pups cannot escape!

      This home is on a wide canal, perfect for most boats. At only 5 minutes in the canals via boat using the Yacht Club canal entrance, you’ll be out on the waters of Charlotte Harbor in no time. 

     At only 1.2 miles from historic downtown Punta Gorda, you have easy access via bike/boat or car to Fishermans village and downtown restaurants and shops. 

     This rental is just 40 minutes from SW Florida Intl Airport in Fort Myers.

     Dock/Boat Lift: Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals are available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village). The boat lift is not a guaranteed amenity. 

     Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.

      No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

      Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

      BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

      Full-size washer and dryer for guest use

      This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
