We didn’t get into our rooms until 4:45, check in was at 4:00. Very expensive room to lose any time. I expressed my frustration and the manager told us he could sell our room. A better response would have been to offer a discount or credit towards a local restaurant. And found hair and dirt on the floors.

Room was clean and beautiful. Location cannot be matched, we had a harbor side view. Only downside we noticed was since the renovation from time shares to hotel suites, the noise from the rooms next door does seem to have increased. Walks were thin and we could hear our neighbors whenever we were in the room. Sound machines definitely helped drown it out at night as we did not spend too much time there during the day. Noise from shoppers and restaurant goers was very minimal and stores close by 8pm and restaurants by 9pm. It certainly won’t deter us from staying there again as the convenience of walking downstairs for coffee and dining far outweighed any slight noise problem. Location and views cannot be beat!

Room was clean. Nice staff. Toilet seat was not attached to toilet on arrival. Seemed odd that it was not noticed before check-in by person cleaning room. Someone was sent immediately to fix it.

It was excellent, clean comfortable room. Love the full kitchen , the huge shower and i always wanted to sleep in a mall. It was fun . Had a great time , couldnt ask dor anything else. Maybe a breakfast restaurant. We will be back

The room was very clean, spacious, had a full kitchen, great view, and was the second floor of Fisherman's Village, which has several stores and a few restaurants. The staff was also very courteous.

The room was all new and very nice. What ruined it was the smell as i walked into the room. It smelled like pest control spray and gave me a terrible headache. The picture on expedia shows a full waterfront view. My room looked out onto comdos ajlnd if you went on balcony you could see the water from the side. I asked to move and they had none available. Then only to find out after i left that a message was sent that they would move me. The area was nice and the room was beautiful. They said the smell was cleaning supplies. But by the pild going around the kitchen on the floor, it smelled like bug spray. No screens on windows.

La suite a surpassé nos attentes. Propreté impeccable. Équipée de tout ce dont on avait besoin. La vue sur la plage était charmante. La grandeur de l’unité était parfaite. Nous aurions pu y être 4 sans se sentir à l’étroit. Le personnel est très aidant et généreux. C’est un endroit paradisiaque.
