Sitting on a saltwater canal, it offers the chance to spot dolphins and manatees right in your backyard. Anglers will love casting a line for snook, catfish, sheepshead, and more, while boaters can bring their own vessel and tie up at the private dock — with just a 10-minute ride to open water in Charlotte Harbor. Watch boats and sailboats pass by daily, or take a short 5-minute walk (or boat ride!) to the Riviera Restaurant for a delicious meal.

The outdoor space is made for soaking up the Florida sunshine, with a private pool, spacious deck and patio for outdoor dining, and a convenient outdoor shower. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living area with TV and cable, and comfortable bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed. The home is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join the fun.

Whether you spend your days fishing, boating, exploring nearby shops and restaurants, or simply relaxing poolside, your Punta Gorda getaway will be filled with unforgettable memories.

Things to Know

To enhance property security for your peace of mind, our home is equipped with discreet, professionally installed security cameras in the following exterior areas:
Main Entrance – A camera is positioned at the front door to monitor arrivals and provide secure, contactless check-in.
Property Perimeter – Cameras are placed around the exterior to safeguard the home and its surroundings.
Pool Area – A security camera overlooks the pool area to help promote safety for all guests.
Rest assured, all cameras are located on the exterior of the property only and are in place to enhance your family's safety and protect the integrity of the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
