The room was beautiful! The entire resort was so well taken care of and the staff was fantastic! Food was delicious and there were many options. We will most definitely be returning in the near future!

This was one of the best all inclusive resorts my husband and I stayed at. The property itself was gorgeous, clean and staff was friendly

Every staff member was extraordinarily kind and accommodating. We’ve never had better service anywhere. The food was delicious and plentiful. We only wish there was a way to provide fresh water but not in plastic bottles. It’s hard to imagine contributing to the pollution of this beautiful country through such massive amounts of plastic.

Very clean and friendly. Food was top notch. Great for a quick get away, not especially easy to access, but theres not much of a reason to leave.

The property and the staff were very clean and friendly. Service and food excellent. At night is to quiet it, they should have more adult activities

Everyone one was so friendly, specially Jesus waiter at beach with Food truck. Also Jesus our breakfast server. Our butlers Alexa & Elli. We will come back for sure. Only couple things I can give remark it was little bit loud from construction going on at site, but this is gonna be over very soon for sure. Also I would be more happy if we had our suite little higher than second floor because of better views.

The hotel itself and property are amazing. Concierge, butlers, spa employee’s and waiters in the restaurant are great. But the front desk employee’s are horrible!! When i got there they charged around a thousand dollars to be able to get my room i had to pay it. even though i confirmed everything with them over the phone before arriving. At check out they refused to apply my room credit to both rooms and just applied my room credit to one and made me pay for everything else in the other! I literally argued with them for half an hour and couldn’t do it any longer or i would miss my transportation and flight so i had to pay it. Everything else there was a great experience. But they start off your stay horribly and end it horribly. It makes it not worth going back there again especially after spending so much money!
