Bottom Floor apartment in heart of downtown Put in Bay resort area!

Bottom Floor apartment at Aunt Jane's Victorian Manor, located at 402 Loraine in the heart of the resort area of Put-in-Bay! Just steps from the Monument, the beach, the docks, and all the shops, clubs, restaurants and bars. Downstairs unit has two bedrooms and convertible living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and bath with tub/shower (LOW CEILING approx 5'10").

This is the smallest and lowest cost of the units, which can be combined for larger groups, and share a huge yard with Gas grills and picnic benches. Includes parking for one vehicle, free wifi, flat-screen TV w/ Roku. Bring sheets and towels, we provide pillows and comforters.

We welcome birthday parties, family reunions and special events! See ya at the Bay!

Even though this says bottom floor we were on the top floor because there was an issue. The renters are very responsive. Location of this place is perfect. It is an older unit. Do not expect anything fancy but you don't spend much time in there. We would definitely rent from them again

Perfect location

This is a perfect place to stay. It's central to downtown, within walking distance and it's oet friendly. Jenny was great to wirk with and even offered to upgrade us from the basement unit but we declined because our dog isn't able to do stairs well. Harold, the maintenance man, was helpful and friendly as were the rest if the staff. Plenty of beds for sleeping. We are short people so the limited head room in the shower wasn't a problem but the description was pretty accurate. This would definitely be an option if we ever came back with a group.
