Maison en granit de 70m2 datant de 1724, entièrement rénovée, au charme rustique, attenant à notre résidence, donnant sur un terrain arboré et boisé de 4 ha. Elle est située dans un petit village de Suisse Normande, à quelques kilomètres du belvédère naturel de la Roche d’Oëtre, du lac de Robodanges, de l’Orne et de la Rouvre.
De nombreuses activités sont possibles à proximité : randonnées pédestres et VTT sur les chemins avoisinants, balades à cheval et à poney, accrobranche, canoë-kayak.
