The first room smelled of cat urine and was in dire need of renovations… the second one not much better

It's not bad, but nothing more. The separate dining room is very inconvenient; you need to dress warmly (in winter) to go have breakfast. Breakfast is ok. The staff is friendly and polite.

Should be called motel. Terrible breakfast- just pre-packaged processed junk. Felt like motel from 30 years ago. Thin walls. Bed was comfortable and room reasonably clean.
