Cuisine entièrement équipée de qualité ouverte sur un vaste espace salon salle à manger avec des grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine. Salon avec TV écran plat de 200cm avec accès internet par la fibre optique, 2 grands canapés et un baby-foot Bonzini. Une machine à laver avec sèche linge, table et fer à repasser.

A l'extérieur vaste espace de vie autour de la piscine 9.5x4.5 avec transats de qualité, terrain de pétanque 15x5, table de ping-pong extérieure balançoire et trampoline pour les enfants. Tables et chaises avec salon de jardin. Villa sans vis à vis, endroit très calme et reposant, espace vert de 5800m2.

Baies vitrées à galandage donnant sur un espace totalement ouvert sur la piscine. Solarium donnant sur la piscine.

Magnificent!

We have visited / rented in this area since 2011 but it is the first time staying in this magnificent villa. Now we have discovered this gem we will be returning and have already booked for 2023. It is the perfect location for meeting up with friends and being in an area we love. The equipment inside and out where more than what you would have accepted, the pool was lovely and clean, the grounds were kept immaculate. It was a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The host was amazing. Thank you, Donna. P.S. Don't forget to visit the village vegetable shop either as their vegetables and melons are amazing and a bargain!
