Opposite the house is a boatyard and during the peak weeks and on sunny days the boats are being taken in and out throughout the day.

Number 1 Afon Y Felin is an excellent property which was clean, modern and nicely presented and importantly, very good value for money.
The property manager, Craig, was absolutely on top of his game and ensured that any queries were addressed promptly and efficiently.
Having an electric car charging point is a superb feature for the increasing number of EV owners.
Having rented in Abersoch many many times over the last 30 years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend No 1 and I commend the owners for a smart property that stands out against many its peers.
