The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Quebec City. Just a block from Chateau Frontenac, the location works well to get to the charming old section down below, towards the water, as well as a quick walk to the beginning of streets of restaurants and shops. Being slightly off the busy area insured a very peaceful stay. Accommodations were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's arrangement for parking worked well for us as well. *The front stairs are steep and might hinder anyone with mobility issues but there was a notice that there is an easier access way from the back.

In a really nice, quiet, and central location. The staff were very nice. The duvet doesn’t come with a cover on it, just an unfitted bottom and top sheet which I personally find a little gross as this typically means they don’t wash them each time and even if they do, its still uncomfortable. The bedding overall could use some upgrades and the pillows to feel more luxurious! The patio furniture was also put away with strict signs not to touch it other than a few outdoor couches that are supposed to have cushions and don’t- seemed a little misleading when they advertise the rooftop terrace! Overall a nice stay.

Front desk staff was very helpful! Location was excellent for Old Quebec. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a very nice variety. Very comfortable room and reasonably priced hotel. Would gladly visit here again. Highly recommend!

Great location, very personable staff. Breakfast very expensive for what it was. On the 1st floor in the back rooms, there were early, loud morning trucks on the street. Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds. TV was defective.

Superb Hotel

Absolutely gem in the perfect location of Old Quebec. The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so kind. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and in front of the hotel is the beautiful waterfront and castle. The rooftop is nice. Would definitely stay here again.
