The only complaint was that we had a long stay and a there were a few things missing that we thought would come with this units kitchen, such as a dish cloth and dishtowels. No paper towels or basics like salt and pepper. Otherwise ok.

Laundry service was convenient. You do have to walk a little bit (like 20 minutes) to go the nearest restaurants to eat, but it’s so worth it. Walking to old Quebec is walkable but just super long. It’s better to Uber. I stayed in a studio and it was nice and cozy. No complaints. I loved the modern look.

The room we stayed in was spacious and bright. The neighbourhood is a hospital and residential area so it was very quiet. Two things we did not like about our room. First the blinds on the exterior windows is just a black shear drape. While it blocks a little bit of sunlight the room is otherwise in bright sun. At night, people outside can see everything inside the room through the shear drapes when the inside lights are illuminated. There is no privacy with this drape configuration. The second issue is our room was an accessible room. The bathroom shower was configured such as wheelchair occupants can roll into the shower. The ground of the shower was sloped to allow the shower water to flow into the drain. However, our experience was that the shower water would flow past the drain and out onto the bathroom floor. This creates a slipping hazard in the bathroom with the escapes water. Otherwise, we enjoyed Les Lofts de Vitre as bus transportation to Vieux Quebec was convenient.

The only issue is through the communication between Hotels.com it is hard to find the exact address of the hotel. The address of the hotels should be part of every emails.

Une propriété éloignée de tout. Il mentionne centre ville alors qu’il n’y a rien aux enlentours. Vraiment décevant... Les instructions n'arrivent qu'une heure avant alors que pour la plupart nous sommes étrangers en vacances et pas toujours de connexion à tout moment. Bref, une mauvaise expérience. Éloignée tout et les déplacements il faut un véhicule. LV attribué avec beaucoup d'insectes dans la salle d'eau et la chambre

Les lofts sont super confortables, spacieux. Ce n’est pas dans le centre ville de Québec mais quand même pas loin en auto et les prix sont très raisonnables. Très recommandé !

Great location near hospital Enfant Jesus

If you have a relative staying at hopital Enfant Jesus and you don't have transportation available, this is the place to stay. Just across the street from the hospital, lots of food options at a walking distance. You can also have free street parking overnight until 10am during weekdays or during the whole day on Sunday. The hospital parking lot only charges $11/day which is still cheaper than most downtown options.

Family trips of 4. Quite area. 8 minutes driving to downtown Quebec and 10 minutes driving to Old Quebec without traffic. Near by hospital. Easy paid parking in day time but free at night after 9pm.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, très propre, la décos est super. L'hotel est situer à environ 6 minutes de conduire du vieux quebec. Le stationnement de l'hopital en face est de 11,25$ par jour. Nous allons séjourner à nouveau à notre prochaine visite.

This was an amazing place to stay. Very, very clean and spacious although we did take the one bedroom apartment. Not sure how spacious the other suites are, but this one certainly was great. Parking was the hardest thing, but not impossible to surmount. Well, definitely stay in the lofts. Next time we are in town. For the money it is a wonderful place to stay.
