Stayed 3 nights for work trip. The room is comfortable and clean. I think that's the most important for a hotel. Free breakfast is a plus. Wish there are more food varieties that offer slightly different food each day to give me little more look forward to the breakfast. Offer 24 hours free coffee, no complain at all. If you need to call an Uber, the average wait time is about 7-10 minutes due to its location.

Receptionist Lena was very nice and helpful. I made the wrong reservation and she made a phone call and she was able to change the dates for me! Very professional and resourceful. Rooms very clean as well as the swimming pool.

TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience au Quality Inn de QuĂ©bec. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, j’ai eu un problĂšme avec ma carte de crĂ©dit et la rĂ©ceptionniste (dame aux cheveux mauves, semblant ĂągĂ©e) a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs impolie et arrogante. Elle a refusĂ© que je parle Ă  sa gĂ©rante en disant que ses 18 ans d’expĂ©rience suffisaient. Parce que nous Ă©tions jeunes, elle nous a soupçonnĂ©s Ă  tort de vouloir fumer et nous a menacĂ©s de garder notre dĂ©pĂŽt si la chambre sentait le tabac ou le cannabis. En plus, elle a demandĂ© la couleur et la marque de notre voiture sans vraie raison. Au dĂ©part, j’ai dĂ» attendre 15 minutes pendant qu’on vĂ©rifiait la chambre avant de me remettre mon dĂ©pĂŽt. Service client dĂ©plorable, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hĂŽtel.
