Located in the heart of the action on rue Saint-Joseph, the windows face calmly onto the small rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges.



Close to Old Quebec and major tourist sites: The Imperial Bell, Chñteau Frontenac, Plaines D’Abraham, Rue St-Jean, Petit-Champlain and more!



Formerly a converted hotel, you will find, on the ground floor of the building, a café where you can have Breakfast



The building has two entrances: one in the heart of the action on rue Saint-Joseph, just opposite L`Impérial Bell and another, on the rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges side.



The apartment is located on the first floor, you will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get there, there is no elevator.



In order to optimize comfort, the closed rooms have large and very large beds (Queen and King Size Beds) and opaque curtains.

You will also find a large, well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, air conditioning and an adjustable heating system in each room.



There is a coins operated laudry inside the building, few steps away the apartment.



In addition, a terrace is available for sunny days on the roof of the building.



You will have parking number 9 which is located at 240 rue Notre Dame des Anges.



The entrance door to the building is located 10 meters from the parking lot

What a great rental! The apartment was much larger than it appeared in the pictures. Lots of light and well decorated. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Bathroom was roomy and the shower was wonderful! Lots of towels provided. Kitchen was large, bright and well equipped with a huge wooden table for dining. Large screen TV with a spacious sofa. All of this came with a private parking space right outside the building. The place was immaculate. Sheets, pillowcases and blankets fresh and clean. Kitchen was spotless as were all the appliances. Nice little grocery store across the street. Wonderful bakeries in walking distance. Lots of nice little restaurants near by. Communication with Johan was easy and access to the unit a breeze. I would stay here again happily
