This cosy and well-appointed space is ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a peaceful base while exploring the Bellarine Peninsula. This is one of three units available at Spring Hill Holiday Units, each providing a similar inviting and comfortable stay.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, the unit is just a short drive from the Bellarine Peninsula’s key attractions including the beaches at Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale, the Queenscliff Marina, the Bellarine Railway, and the region’s acclaimed wineries and farmgate producers. Guests can also enjoy local cafes, shops, and scenic coastal walks, combining relaxation with easy access to nearby experiences.

This converted studio space offers a bright and inviting open plan studio with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster, electric pan and all essential cooking and dining ware, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, free WiFi, a TV, and heating and cooling. French doors open directly onto a section of the garden marked exclusively for Unit 4 guests, with outdoor furniture, tables and chairs, providing a tranquil spot to enjoy the fresh air. A dedicated parking space is also included.
