The Space:
Fabulous Lakeside Marina apartment sleeps up to six guests, offering each person their own cozy space. Two Heat pumps (air con) will ensure you're warm and cozy in the winter months and cool and refreshed in the summer months. Modern decor and local artworks enhance the ambiance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Escape to this modern retreat and indulge in a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, with stunning views of the Remarkables Mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. The views create the perfect backdrop for you and your group to unwind on the comfy sofa and enjoy watching the widescreen TV . The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are ideal for preparing and savoring meals together, with ample space to gather and enjoy each other's company.

Indulge in al fresco dining on the large balcony. The complex has communal BBQ facilities for all residents to use. Pour yourself a glass of your favorite drink and chill on the balcony as you watch the colours change on the mountains throughout the day.

Centrally located between The Remarkables and Coronet Ski Fields, only a 4-minute drive to Queenstown Airport (2.5 km) and 8-minutes to the CBD (3 km). This modern property is the perfect pad for your Queenstown holidays.

There is a bus stop approx 100 metres from the apartment, making it super convenient to travel around ... as well as a free carparking space located on site for you which is suitable for a large SUV. If you have a large campervan, you will need to park it off-site.

Additional amenities include unlimited WiFi, widescreen TV, double-glazed windows. With all these comforts and conveniences at your fingertips, this modern getaway offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed which can be made into 2 x single beds
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds which can be made into a king bed
Bedroom 3: 1 King bed which can be made into 2 x single beds

Please note: All beds can be split into 2 single beds or can be made into 1 king bed per bedroom. The configuration above is the default set up. If you require the beds to be set up differently, you must inform us at least three days before check in. If you want the beds changed after you have checked in, there is a fee of $150 NZD per bedroom.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please, strictly no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events. Breaking of these rules will result in your stay being cancelled and you will need to depart with no refund of remaining time.

A minimum 3 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. We can also offer this apartment as a 2-bedroom version, which is set at a lower price. Please contact us if you would like to book the apartment as a 2-bedroom.

The guest making the booking must be 25 years old or older. If you are under 25, please contact us seeking permission to book. We are willing to grant permission to those under 25 years old to make a booking, but we want to discuss with you first.

Guest Access:
One carpark space is allowed. The carpark is not dedicated... you can park in any of the available spaces in the large carpark adjacent to the apartment.
