Mould and dirty bathroom especially in the bathtub. Only one coffee pod - housekeeping staff advise us - they ran out. When countdown is up the road. Both sinks - bathroom and kitchen blocked. Don’t recommend if you have heavy or a lot of luggage- a lot of steps to climb.

Cet hébergement ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles à part pour la vue qui est magnifique. L'appartement aurait besoin d'être rénové notamment au niveau du mobilier et de la salle de bain avec des joints noirs et pommeau de douche cassé. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées notamment au niveau du bruit de la route juste devant. Le ménage reste aussi à désirer.

Just outside of Queenstown centre where there are plenty of food and dining options. We did have a car and it only took us a couple of minutes to drive there so it would be about 10-15 min walk to the centre. Apartment was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the gas fire place.

Lovely room but it’s annoying that the fan in the bathroom was connected to the light so always had to be on. I found the condition of the mattress and pillow protectors to be unsatisfactory. Great they had them but more regular replacement is needed - slack housekeeping!

The amount of steps on this property is ridiculous! Talk about non-handicap accessible! Just to get to reception involves ascending a steep flight of stairs or a steep ramp, then going down a flight. Not fun with a heavy suitcase. I was in building 3 which had no signage helping to get there. It was a long and winding way involving many steepflights of stairs up and down, and a gravel path — again, not great for a heavy bag on wheels. The room is clean enough, but neighbors can be heard. I did like the mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, Nescafé, and tea kettle — not to mention dishes and utensils. So some good things, some not so good.

Fantastic stay! I had some noisy neighbours on my first night. After that, the staff offered to relocate me to another room. I accepted the offer and was also lucky enough to then be upgraded. Highly recommend this place

Amazing views

Great place to stay with amazing views. The centre of town was about 5 minutes drive away but not really walkable in winter. Just a couple of irritations - the only light in the bathroom was connected to the fan - very loud in the middle of the night! We also contacted the office who didn't answer twice and did not return our message. Good breakfast and kitchen had everything needed to cook your own meals.

Pros: Modern aesthetics, large windows, interesting layout. Full kitchen, two dishwashers, shared laundry between 2 units in common hall area (also a con as it could easily be in-use if someone is also occupying next door). Location (close to airport). Assigned covered parking (but you have to pay for it). Cons: Steps. Steps from parking to apartment area, steps up/down to apartment units, and more steps within the small apartment. Outside steps can get very icy during winter, even during the day. Reception might not be near your apartment, depending on which block you get assigned to. Cleanliness was subpar. You get good views, but apartments are right next to the road, so you hear the constant road traffic. Cost of parking is not included and there are no alternatives.

The apartment was really great and very spacious ! The view is breathtaking, I really enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the incredible views of the snowy mountains. If I had to be picky I’d probably just say something about the fact that if you’re going for a longer period of time, carrying your things from the car can be a little tricky due to the lack of accessible ramps or elevator. Despite that I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I would come back.
