They let us check in earlier than the listed time. And because we were early, gave us a choice of rooms. The room had air conditioning which was great. However the bedding only had a top & bottom sheet A light blanket would have been better. Hooks in the bathroom would be best.

Entirety of staff was excellent!! The room was more of a cabin style rather than a hotel but was still sufficient. Monkeys around us at breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Hallways were noisy but if you planned your day right you should sleep well enough not to be bothered. Very minimum was put into making the room nice but the awesome refrigerator made up for any missing amenities. We enjoyed our stay but think we would rather pay a little more for a different hotel. Nothing bad here at all just we prefer a bit more class. Hard to beat the hiltons.

Room and amenities were disappointing. Not many things inside the room other than bed, not even a cup for water. When asked for a cup of hot water, they said if we bring our own cup and they will help heat up the water with microwave. Breakfast combo choice was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The staff (Daniella in particular) was so very accommodating; they helped us greatly with scheduling tours; arranging transportation; suggestions for dining. The hotel itself was very uniquely designed compared to hotels in the US. Monkeys joining us for breakfast was an unanticipated treat.
