The hotel worked out very well for our stay. It seemed to be much better than some of the other hotels that others in our group stayed at.
We also had to leave a day early because of a call into work. Will there be a partial refund?

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review our hotel. As your reservation was booked through Expedia and prepaid at time reservation was made you would have to contact Expedia in regards to partial refund as you did not pay hotel directly. Hotel would be unable to refund payment.

Happy they had plugins for our vehicle as some other Kamloops hotels don't and it was -27 degrees

Stay was fine, was clean and comfortable, somewhat dated, receptionist was very nice

It was a nice stay.
The bed was a little hard and the restaurant wasn’t very good but definitely the best hotel in Quesnel. I’ll stay here again.
